Another Instagram takeover; this week, Natalie La Torre-Sutherland brings her artistic eye to the Black Run Preserve Instagram.

Instagram takeover announcement for Natalie La Torre-SutherlandShe is dedicated to preserving our beautiful trails and enjoys volunteering for sustainable community projects including being a member of the Black Run vision and voice committee. She feels a special connection with Black Run, as she was a long-time resident of Marlton Township. She is an amateur photographer and art gallery owner and director of Sutherland Framing.

She currently serves her community on the environmental commission for Gibbsboro, and helped to create a sustainable identity for the town through volunteering, outreach and social media marketing. She runs the website and Facebook page for Sustainable Gibbsboro and well as the Arts and Culture of Sustainable Gibbsboro Facebook page. She’s a founding committee member of the Gibbsboro Community Garden, where she proposed many sustainable actions, such as a butterfly way-station, educational butterfly garden, rain-barrels, educational outreach, community and business partnering with an emphasis on sustainability and disability inclusion.

Lastly, she serves on several community green teams as well as the Tri-County sustainability alliance, and is the co-chair for the Voorhees Art Council. She has the privilege of being an advocate for her three passions – art, nature and sustainability!! She hopes you will visit often and enjoy her Instagram takeover!
