Take a hike and combine the beauty of Black Run Preserve, with gentle yoga. We’ll be doing standing postures that are suitable for people with no experience and a 1.25 mile hike.

Please wear hiking shoes or sneakers, no special clothing or mats needed and bring a water bottle. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended.
