It’s time to experience Forest Bathing again! (AKA “Shinrin Yoku” the Japanese term which simply means “taking in the forest atmosphere”) Come out and join our Trail Ambassadors for a short distance mindful walk in the woods (interspersed with some great info about Black Run Preserve). Enjoy taking part in brief guided invitations that will re- awaken your senses to the rejuvenating benefits of nature. If you seek the silence of the woods (along with a bit of quiet conversation) this one’s for YOU!
